5 <br />8. The preliminary plat shall indicate areas for on-site infiltration of storm water that <br />demonstrates compliance with Article 6.23.3a of the Orange County Zoning Ordinance. <br />9. The preliminary plat shall show the location of tree protection fencing and contain a note <br />requiring the installation of tree protection fencing prior to any grading to ensure the <br />protection of vegetation within all buffers and open space. <br />10.The applicant shall dedicate a minimum of 24,394 square feet (1/57 acre per residential lot) <br />for public recreation space, or pay an in-lieu-of fee, as part of the preliminary plat approval <br />process. (Section IV-B-7-b Recreation Sites, Orange County Subdivision Regulations). <br />11.The applicant shall provide a minimum of 36,852 square feet for private recreation space as <br />part of the preliminary plat approval process. (Section IV-B-7-b Recreation Sites, Orange <br />County Subdivision Regulations). <br />12.A11 street names to be reserved with GIS section of Planning Department prior to submittal of <br />preliminary plat subdivision request. The applicant must resolve any issues regarding the <br />future connection of James Woods Drive with High Ridge Drive prior to preliminary plat <br />submittal. <br />Second Action: Planning Board to consider Preliminary Plan <br />The Planning Board recommended approval of the preliminary plan for the Eno Ridge <br />Subdivision on July 10, 2002 in accordance with the attached Resolution for <br />Approval. <br />Third Action: <br />Board of County Commissioners consideration of Preliminary Plan <br />1. The Board shall consider the application within a reasonable amount of time. <br />2. During deliberations and consideration of the application the Board may defer <br />consideration at any point to pursue additional analysis and review. <br />3.
