This revised plan is included in <br />the agenda packet on page 46. The applicant/developer has agreed to provide a <br />center turn lane on Frazier Road. This commitment is addressed in the Resolution of <br />Approval on page 8, Condition 9. <br />Request <br />• Applicant: Michael M. Hughes, P.E., Inc.
