The Operations Plan and Program shall contain specific pro- <br />visions for maintaining the level and quality of the ground water table at the <br />standards obtained from approved analysis of said ground rater table samples. The <br />level and quality of the ground water table shall be maintained as they existed <br />prior to beginning of extractive use processing operations, except that where higher <br />standards are set by the Board of Water and Air Resources the higher standards shalt <br />be maintained. The ground water table and quality portions of the Operations Plan <br />and Program shall be approved in writing by the Board of Water and Air Resources in <br />advance of permit issuance. <br />9.2.5 Water Sources and Waste Water Disposal <br />Estimated required water volumes, the sources of these waters. and treat- <br />ment and disposition plans for waste waters shall be clearly shown in the Operations <br />Plan and Program. The water source and waste water treatment and disposition plan <br />shall be approved by the Board of Water and Air Resources. <br />9.2.6 Disposal of Tailings and Other Solid Wastes <br />Plans for disposal of tailings and other solid wastes shall be clearly <br />shown in the Operations Plan and Program. Where the Technical Review Committee <br />decides that such plans indicate a possibility of damage to any properties or, vegete <br />tion as a result of erosion, silting. landslides. or other Incidents of such dis- <br />posal, it may require the applicant to submit detailed plans and proposals for <br />rehabilitation of such properties. <br />9.2.7 Noise <br />Noise shall be measured on any prororty line of the tract on which the <br />extractive use processing operation is located. Noise shall be muffled so as not <br />to become objectionable due to intermittence, beat frequency, shrillness or <br />intensity. At the property line the sound pressure level of noise radiated con- <br />tinuously from an extractive use shall not exceed the values given in Tables 2 and <br />3 in any octave band frequency. The sound pressure level shall be measured with a <br />
