} <br />• t <br />,BOOK s FACE <br />8.2.9 Disposal of Tailings and Other Solid lipstes <br />Plans for disposition of overburden, tailings and other solid wastes <br />shall be clearly shown in the Operations Plan and Program. Maximum heights and <br />locations of all waste storage piles and stockpiles shall also be clearly shown. <br />8.2.10 Noise <br />Noise shall be measured on any property line of the tract on which <br />the proposed extractive use operation is located. Noise shall be muffled so as <br />not to become objectionable due to intermittance, beat frequency, shrillness or <br />intensity. At the property line the sound pressure level of noise radiated <br />continuously from an extractive use shall not exceed tto values given in <br />Tables 2 and 3 in any octave band frequency. The sound pressure level shall be <br />measured with a Sound Level Meter and an Octave Band Analyzer that conform to <br />specifications published by the American Standards Association.
