negotiations be successful, the Board would be provided with the terms of the lease and would <br />be polled prior to the Manager executing the lease. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: The County would receive $7,800 in rent as a result of this action. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board: <br />• Approve the lease as presented for Terradotta.com for the term December 3, 2002 through <br />December 2, 2003 for a monthly rental fee of $650; and authorize the Chair to sign on <br />behalf of the Board; and <br />• Authorize the County Manager to execute a lease as may be necessary during the Board's <br />winter break, consistent with the procedures cited in the abstract. <br />
