Tolar, President, Lake Orange, Inc. <br />Subject: Water Capacity Usage -Eno River Area <br />Due to the recent construction and filling of the Hillsborough Reservoir there should be a <br />change to the old Water Capacity Usage Agreements. <br />While under the old agreements during the severe drought conditions this year, Lake <br />Orange was severely impacted. <br />With the dedicated efforts of all parties involved a new Water Capacity Usage Agreement <br />could result in benefits to all and Lake Orange Inc. would appreciate being allowed to <br />participate in the discussions and negotiations to establish a new and more equitable <br />Agreement. <br />Respectfully Submitted <br />John W.
