Maximum withdrawals shall be <br />limited to the total of the contract amount and the allocated amount. <br />- A low flow period will begin on the 7th consecutive day of the average daily flow at <br />the Hillsborough Gage dropping below 10 cfs. On the 4th day, the Orange County <br />Engineer will request that affected parties prepare for a low flow period. <br />- When flows are between 10 cfs and 3 cfs at the Hillsborough Gage during a low flow <br />period, withdrawals from the Eno River shall be limited to the 100-80 percent of <br />storage remaining amount shown above, regardless of water level in Lake O.r_ange. <br />- When flows are below 3 cfs at the Hillsborough Gage during a low flow period, <br />withdrawals shall be limited to amounts shown above for percent of storage remaining <br />at La]:e 0~ :rge . <br />- A low flow period will be terminated when average daily flocs at the Hillsborough Gage <br />registers 10 cfs or greater for a period of•7 consecutive days. The Orange County <br />Engineer will notify affected parties when the low flow period is terminated. <br />** - For Piedmont Minerals Inc.: When flows at the Hillsborough gage are 14 cfs and above, <br />withdrawals from the Eno River will be limited to 900,000 gallons per day (gpd). <br />Between 14 cfs and 4 cfs, withdrawals will be limited to 430,000 gpd, regardless of <br />water level in Lake Oranae. Below 4 cfs, withdrawals will be limited to a.*ro~:nts <br />shown above for percent of storage remaining. <br />
