-5 <br />Division of Water Resources and to the County, <br />and; <br />d) Adjusting gates, valves, and other appropriate <br />equipment in response to County instructions to <br />assure in-stream flow. <br />6. As directed by the EMC in its Resolution No. 88-13, the <br />Division of Water Resources shall provide technical assistance to <br />County and water users to assure that the management plan is <br />being conducted in a technically correct way. <br />7. This Implementation Agreement shall remain in effect <br />for so long as the Eno River Water Management Plan approved by <br />the EMC is in effect. The Implementation Agreement may be <br />amended consistent with the Eno River Water Management Plan upon <br />agreement of the parties. <br />Executed on behalf of the parties to this agreement by the <br />officers and officials below upon the authority of duly adopted <br />resolutions of the governing boards or boards of directors of the <br />parties, as appropriate. <br />7 <br />
