The committee is charged with developing a set of <br />Principles, including community interests and goals and objectives, and guiding the <br />Council's deliberations with the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill regarding <br />the development of the Horace Williams property (Carolina North). <br />The Council has requested that the Mayor ask the University of North Carolina at <br />Chapel Hill, the Board of Orange County Commissioners, and the Carrboro Board of <br />Alderman to appoint one representative each to the committee. <br />The Town would greatly appreciate the contribution of your representative to the <br />Horace Williams Citizen Committee and we look forward to receiving your appointment. <br />Since.,rely, <br />/ ~ .~ <br />Kevin C.
