Trim the door bottoms as necessary. <br />BEDROOM # 2: <br />1. Install a new 1 3/8 inch bedroom door. Install a new privacy <br />lockset. <br />2. Prepare the walls and ceiling for paint. Scrap and remove all <br />loose paint. Prime all bare wood, sheetrock and ceiling tiles. <br />Fill all holes with sheetrock filler. Caulk all cracks and joints <br />with latex caulk. Paint the walls and ceiling with flat latex paint. <br />Paint the doors, trim and baseboard with semigloss latex paint. <br />All paint shall cover completely. <br />3. Install a base door bumper behind the door. <br />HALLWAY: <br />1. Prepare the walls and ceiling for paint. Scrap and remove all <br />loose paint. Fill all holes and caulk all cracks before painting. <br />Paint the walls and ceiling with flat latex paint. Paint the trim, <br />baseboard with semigloss latex paint.
