8 <br />Vera Watts Page 5 <br />246 Harper St. <br />Hillsborough, NC 27278 <br />7/ 10/02 <br />BATHROOM PLUMBING: <br />1. Install a two (2)- piece molded tub/shower unit. The unit shall have <br />toiletry shelves, acrylic grab bars, slip- resistant textured bottom. <br />2. Install new plumbing for a handheld shower. Install a combination <br />tub/shower washerless faucet and new hand held shower. Install two (2) <br />wall clips for the hand held shower. The first clip shall go where a normal <br />shower head would go. The 2°d clip shall go about waist high. <br />3. Install a new p-trap and drain line assembly for the new <br />tub/shower. <br />4. Install a new transfer seat to provide easy access to the tub. <br />5. Install a new handicap commode. Install a new supply line <br />and cutoff. <br />6. Reinstall the sink/vanity. Install a new p-trap, supply lines <br />and cutoffs. <br />7. Install an accessory kit. The kit should include two towel bars, <br />tumble holder, paper holder and soap dish. <br />BEDROOM # 1 <br />Prepare the walls and ceiling for paint. Scrap and remove all loose paint. <br />Prime all bare wood, sheetrock and ceiling material. Fill all holes with <br />sheetrock filler. Caulk all cracks and joints with latex caulk. <br />Paint the walls and ceiling with flat latex paint. Paint the doors, trim <br />and baseboard with semigloss latex paint. All paint shall cover <br />completely. <br />
