Save the sink/vanity for <br />reinstallation. <br />2. Remove the damaged shower surround. Remove the wall covering <br />to the studs. <br />3. Repair the damaged subfloor around the commode flange. <br />Install matching plywood. <br />4. Install a new exhaust fan in the ceiling. Vent the exhaust through <br />the boxing overhangs. Install an exhaust flapper in the boxing. <br />5. Install MR sheetrock on the walls and ceiling. Finish the sheetrock <br />smooth. <br />6. Insta113 1/4 inch baseboard around the bathroom. <br />7. Paint the walls and ceiling with semigloss latex paint. Paint the <br />door, trim and baseboard with semigloss latex paint. <br />8. Install '/4 inch lauan plywood and prepare for vinyl. Install a new <br />vinyl floor. The vinyl to cost not less than $ 14 yd. Install metal <br />trim at the door openings. Install new shoe molding. Prime and <br />paint the molding with semigloss latex paint. Paint shall cover <br />completely. <br />9. Install a base door bumper behind the door. <br />10. Reinstall the existing medicine cabinet & mirror. <br />11. Repair the leaking bathroom faucet. Install a faucet repair kit. <br />12. Trim the bottom of the bath door so it will not rub on the new <br />vinyl floor. <br />
