All paint shall cover <br />completely. <br />2. Remove the pieced 2"bed molding. Install new 2" bed molding. <br />3. Remove the shoe molding. Install 1/4 inch lauan plywood and prepare <br />for vinyl. The vinyl to cost not less than $ 14 yd. Install metal trim as <br />necessary. Install new shoe molding. Prime and paint the shoe molding. <br />Paint the shoe molding with semigloss latex paint. Paint shall cover <br />completely. <br />DINING ROOM /LAUNDRY ROOM: <br />Prepare the ceiling for paint. Scrap all loose and chipping paint. Fill all holes <br />with sheetrock filler. Fill all cracks with latex caulk. Paint the ceiling with flat <br />latex paint. Paint the doors, trim and baseboard with semigloss latex paint. <br />All paint shall cover completely. - <br />2. Install a wide door viewer and keyed deadbolt on the side door. <br />Key the lockset and deadbolt alike. <br />Remove the shoe molding. Install '/4 inch lauan plywood and prepare <br />for vinyl. Install a new vinyl floor. The vinyl to cost not less than $ 14 yd. <br />Tnstall metal trim at the door openings. <br />
