Install a vinyl picture window in the living room. Paint any necessary <br />trim on the interior. <br />INSULATION: <br />1. Install R-19 insulation in the crawlspace. <br />2. Add insulation to the attic to achieve an R-30 rating. <br />INTERIOR: <br />LIVING ROOM: <br />1. Remove the existing carpet and pad. <br />2. Prepare the walls and ceiling for paint. Fill and sand all holes and cracks <br />with sheetrock filler. Paint the ceiling and walls with flat latex paint. <br />The paint shall cover completely. Paint the doors, trim and baseboard <br />with semigloss latex paint. <br />3. Remove the masonry thimble in the rear living room wall. Install <br />matching sheetrock.
