The purpose of this g p g <br />and assist the County in planning and implemrevengt hee ature death a d nj ry fo~all <br />healthy lifestyles, improve health status and p p <br />residents in the County regardless of age, race, income or education. <br />Section 2.The officers of the County are hereby direct do spof the grant rse grant project within <br />the grant document and the rules and regu <br />Section 3.The following revenue is anticipated to be available to complete this project: <br /> <br />1998-99 Grant Funds - <br />Community Health Initiative $30,028 <br />$20 <br />463 <br />1999-00 Grant Funds - Community Health Initiative , <br />$46 <br />717 <br />2000-01 Grant Funds - Community Health Initiative , <br />$49 <br />056 <br />2001-02 Grant Funds- Community Health Initiative , <br />$51 <br />575 <br />2002-03 Grant Funds - Community Health Initiati Total Grant Funds , <br />$197,839 <br />Section 4.The following amount is appropriated for this project: <br />Human Services -Community Based Public Health Initiative $197,839 <br />Section 5. The finance officer is hereby directed to rovide the accountingrto they geantor algency <br />specific detailed accounting records to p <br />required by the grant agreement and federal and state regulations. <br />Section 6. Funds may be advanced from the General Fund for the purpose of making <br />payments due. <br />Reimbursement requests should be made to the grantor agency in an orderly and <br />timely manner. <br />Section 7. Copies of this grant project ordinance shall be made available to the finance officer <br />for direction in carrying out this project. <br />
