Establish Commercial and Residential Plans Review Fees <br /> Purpose: To establish commercial and residential plans review fees to implement more <br /> thorough plan review services to maintain and upgrade Insurance Services Office, Inc. <br /> (ISO) ratings that are used by insurance companies to develop property owner insurance <br /> rates and more fully offset the operating costs of the Inspections Division. <br /> E.
