13 <br /> ADDENDUM F—COLLECTION OF TAXES FOR OTHER UNITS <br /> (N.C.G.S. 105-354) <br /> NC LOCAL GOVERNMENT DEBT SETOFF CLEARINGHOUSE PROGRAM <br /> County/City of. County of Orange <br /> N.C.G.S. 105-354. Collections for districts and other units of local government. Whenever a <br /> taxing unit collects taxes for some district or other unit of local government, those taxes, for <br /> collection and foreclosure purposes, shall be treated as taxes of the taxing unit making the <br /> collection. <br /> This information does not apply to taxes set by your own governing board for your own special <br /> districts such as fire, water, and rescue districts. (These are already considered a debt of your <br /> unit of government.)
