2 <br /> expected to conflict with plans for Phase II development of the park facility. The look and <br /> layout of the "Wall" were developed in conjunction with the ERCD landscape designer. <br /> In recognition of the efforts and energies of these youth, the Board is asked to adopt the <br /> attached resolution. A layout of the "Wall of Reconciliation" is also attached. <br /> FINANCIAL IMPACT: The cost of erecting the flagpole and the wall is estimated at $1,800, <br /> and will be funded by the Orange County 4-H (grant-funded) budget. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board adopt and authorize <br /> the Chair to sign the resolution recognizing TIME, the 4-H youth project , for the creation and <br /> erection of the "Wall of Reconciliation", in honor of diversity, leadership, and citizenship <br /> throughout all of Orange County, at the Efland-Cheeks Community School Park. <br />
