(2) <br /> • Outreach to people who need services. <br /> • Need follow-up of psychiatric care. <br /> • Need less regulations, need simplicity. <br /> • Policy and procedures —notebook—very large and complicated —too much paperwork. <br /> • Access to affordable medications. (1) <br /> • Keep in place maintenance and recovery programs. <br /> • Partial hospitalization program. <br /> • Peer support program. (1) <br /> • House in community—for crisis—instead of hospital. (4) <br /> • Affordable, decent housing. (8) <br /> • Better transportation. (2) <br /> • Expansion of services—housing, transportation —for more traditional case management— <br /> basic needs. (3) <br /> • Respite for families—who keep at risk person in home—maybe be able to have a vacant <br /> space in group home for weekend. (2) <br /> IV.
