It was on his desk when I called. <br /> 2. First part of report details what is wrong, second and third parts detail <br /> Animal Control Services how to fix the problems. <br /> 3. Mr. Anderson said the report was and is, "useful because it killed the <br /> Central Administrative opposition"but also because it concluded that Animal Control cannot do <br /> Services what some think they should do without more money. For example, <br /> HSUS recommended that Animal Control employ 41 A.C.O.'s. There <br /> Dental Health Services are 12 officers and money to hire more has not been forthcoming from <br /> the city. <br /> ivironmental Health Services 4. Mr. Anderson said that he is now glad that the report was done because <br /> he uses it to raise money and to defend his agency. <br /> 5. On May P, a tornado struck a city neighborhood and damaged or <br /> destroyed 4000 homes. The division sheltered many of the animals that <br /> 304 Revere Road QJ lived in that part of the city.
