6 <br /> RESOLUTION <br /> OF <br /> THE ORANGE COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONNERS <br /> TO APPROVE <br /> ENO RIDGE SUBDIVISION PRELIMINARY PLAN <br /> Data October 15,2002 <br /> Name of Subdivision Eno Ridge <br /> Owner/Applicant TSA Development LLC <br /> Clinton Bradley <br /> The Board of County Commissioners hereby approves the Preliminary Plan for Eno Ridge <br /> Subdivision as shown on the preliminary plat dated March 18, 2002 lost revised May 22. 2002) <br /> and subject to fulfilmeol of requirements specified herein. <br /> All foods shall be inevocably dedicated to the general public and be constructed to standards of <br /> 0e North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCOOT). The approval of this resolution <br /> authorizes and directs the Orange County Manager to accept for the County, and on behalf of <br /> 0e public generally, the offer of dedication of Nev, Sell Drive,Trumpet Court, Vine Court, Bee <br /> Balm Count Onslow Court, Climbing Aster Couh and the new portion of High Ridge Drive. This <br /> acceptance of dedleation to the general public shell be without maintenance responsibility. <br /> These roads shall be maintained by the w merlappiicant Fil Development LLC) until such <br /> time as they are accepted for maintenance by NCDOT or some other governmental body. All <br /> easements for drainage, pedestnan access or other purposes, all private open apace and land <br /> e buffers shall likewise be maintained by the ownerlapplicant until such rime as they are <br /> transferred to the control of the Homeowners Asuptation or are accepted for maintenance by <br /> the County. <br /> Before no Final Plat of Eno Ridge can be recorded: <br /> A. Sewage Olsposal <br /> 1. All Iota shall contain adequate septic disposal and repair areas, approved by the <br /> Orange County Division of Environmental Health.
