Also, very often documents must be signed right away. By approving the following <br /> resolution, Mrs. Cecil will be able to provide these documents In the absence of the Clerk as <br /> well as perform other duties when the Clerk is not available. <br /> A RESOLUTION APPOINTING EVELVN CECIL <br /> AS <br /> ACTING DEPUTY CLERK <br /> THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS HEREBY RESOLVES that Evelyn Cecil is <br /> hereby appointed as Acting Deputy County Clerk for the County of Orange. As Acting Deputy <br /> Clerk. Mrs. Cecil shall be authorized to perform all the duties and functions of the County Clerk <br /> in the absence of the County Clerk. <br /> This resolution shall become effective upon adoption. <br /> FINANCIAL IMPACT: NONE <br /> RECOMMENDATION (S): Approve the resolution as stated above. <br />
