Mission The Musical of the CFRA is to provide for the highest quality oflife passible for the residents of the Cape Fear River Bases,through rise proper management of the Cape Fear River,its bibuarles,and adjacent and uses.This mission will be accomplished through our support of efforts to investigate,educate and effeeaatr dendpc study coupled with uonomic analyses will provide the informadou needed a make the boat possible decisious regaeding this start system and its uses. Education will provide for a better informed public and thereby improved stewardship of the river system as a resource Then finally, development of policy will bring into effect the benefits of the information and education.
