The Board asks its citizens <br /> to conduct themselves in a respectful, courteous manner, both with the Board and with fellow citizens. At any <br /> time should any member of the Board or any citizen fail to observe this public charge, the Chair will ask the <br /> offending person to leave the meeting until that individual regains personal control. Should decorum fail to be <br /> restored, the Chair will recess the meeting until such time that a genuine commitment to this public charge is <br /> observed. <br /> 2. National Disability Awareness Employment Month Proclamation <br /> The Board will consider a proclamation designating October as National Disability Awareness <br /> Employment Month. <br /> d. Resolution Levying the Third One-Half Cent Local Government Sales and Use Tax <br /> The Board will consider approval of a "Resolution Levying the Third One-Half Cent Local Government <br /> Sales and Use Tax and Prescribing the Method of Distribution of the Proceeds Within Orange County." <br /> e. Resolution Providing Comments Regarding Proposed Changes to the US 15-501 Fixed Guide <br /> way Corridor and Station Areas <br /> The Board will consider a resolution providing comments to the City of Durham, Durham County and <br /> Durham-Chapel Hill-Carrboro (DCHC) Transportation Advisory Committee (TAC) on proposed <br /> modifications to the 15-501 Fixed Guide way Corridor and Station Areas. <br /> 1 <br />
