The Board asks its citizens to conduct themselves in a <br /> respectrul,courteous manner, both with the Board and with fellow <br /> citizens. At any time should any member of the Board or any citizen fail <br /> to observe this public charge, the Chair will ask the offending member to <br /> Iowa the meeting until that individual regains personal control. Should <br /> decorum fail to be restored,the Chair will recess the meeting until such <br /> time that a genuine commitment to this public charge is observed. <br /> C. Winmore Rezoning <br /> Approval of a petition for voluntary annexation by the Town of <br /> Carrbom on September 24, 2002 removes the 'Winnni VMU <br /> yawning/master plan from consideration as an Item requiring joint <br /> Town of Carrboro and Orange County approval. <br /> This item is presented for informational purposes only. The Carmom <br /> Board of Aldermen is requested to consider public comment In their <br /> deliberations on the VMU rezoning <br /> 6:00 007 2. Joint Planning Agreement Timeline <br /> Proposal to amend the Joint Planning Agreement to extend for 20 <br /> years, the annexation time limits specified therein. The current time <br /> limits will expire in July 2006 If they are not renewed. <br /> This amendment requires Orange County Commissioner. Chapel Hill <br /> Town Council, and Carrbore Board of Aldermen approval. <br />
