Employees earning at least$400 in ' <br /> I a calendar year qualify to participate in contributions. The Organization makes contributions directly <br /> to individual retirement accounts set up with Mutual of America Life Insurance Company. The <br /> Organization is permitted to contribute any amount as defined by Internal Revenue Service <br /> I regulations. Contributions for the year for Animal Shelter employees totaled$11,439. <br /> The Organization also provides a tax-deferred annuity plan qualified under Section 403(b) of the <br /> Internal Revenue Code.
