The problem is that everyone wants the same animals. They hold them at least <br /> five days and longer, if possible. <br /> Mr. Jacobs wanted to know what the ordinance requirements are for dog houses. John <br /> and Pat answered. <br /> Dr. Quinn responded to Ms. Sanford's description of the development of a model facility <br /> adoption center as an alternative to euthanizing so many animals. She asked if such <br /> funding is in place. <br /> Ms. Sanford said they have not begun a funding campaign. She also stated that last <br /> month their euthanisia declined to 40% and they think they can get it down to 25%. <br /> 1 <br />
