There was <br /> discussion on whether this was a properly called meeting according to open-meeting law. <br /> � BaM-Jwobs informed the committee members that proper notice was given according to <br /> -SOW the County Attorney's office: <br /> The committee members made a unanimous decision to continue this meeting. <br /> 'J <br /> ITEM I: Establishment of a regular meeting schedule and location prefetence. <br /> It was decided that the committee would meet at this same location on the second <br /> Thursday of each month from 4 - 6 p.m., with additional meetings if needed. The next <br /> meeting was scheduled for February I&. <br />
