Review Work in Progress and Authorize Negotiation of an Agreement to Secure an External <br /> Evaluation of the Orange County Animal Shelter(9:20-10:00) <br /> The Board will receive information on actions underway to address operational concerns at the Orange <br /> County animal shelter, consider entering to an agreement with a national humane organization consultation arm to <br /> conduct a comprehensive assessment, and provide feedback and direction from the Board on issues they it may <br /> wish examined through the evaluation process. <br /> 11.
