ADDITIONS OR CHANGES TO THE AGENDA(7:30-7:35) <br /> PUBLIC CHARGE <br /> The Board of Commissioners pledges to the citizens of Orange County its respect. The Board asks its <br /> citizens to conduct themselves in a respectful, courteous manner, both with the Board and with fellow <br /> citizens. At any time should any member of the Board or any citizen fail to observe this public charge, the <br /> Chair will ask the offending person to leave the meeting until that individual regains personal control. Should <br /> decorum fail to be restored, the Chair will recess the meeting until such time that a genuine commitment to <br /> this public charge is observed. <br /> 2. National Disability Awareness Employment Month Proclamation <br /> The Board will consider a proclamation designating October as National Disability Awareness <br /> Employment Month. <br /> d. Resolution Establishing BOCC Intent to Form Tri-County Public Entity to Serve as Local <br /> Management Entity for Mental Health <br /> The Board will consider adoption of a resolution of intent to form a three-county public entity to serve <br /> as the local management entity for providing mental health, developmental disability and substance abuse services <br /> in Orange, Person and Chatham counties. <br /> 6.
