The construction of HS #3 and the <br /> conversion of Lincoln Center to a school would meet the projected high school <br /> enrollment through 2012-13. <br /> The major points are included below. <br /> 1. Lincoln Center can be converted to school use with a maximum capacity of 500 <br /> students. <br /> 2. Renovation of the original space and an addition placed in the rear of the <br /> building would be required. <br /> 3. There is not sufficient space at Lincoln to offer a complete athletic program <br /> 4. The maintenance warehouse would continue in its present function. <br /> 5. Additional parking would be required. <br /> Funding: <br /> At the present time, funding does not exist for this project <br /> Next Steps for BOCC: <br /> • Additional funding for this project needs to be secured <br /> Central Administration Offices <br /> At the present time,no planning has taken place for administrative office buildings for <br /> the district. If the conversion of Lincoln Center is to take place,this project will require <br /> immediate attention. <br />
