3. The Board Chair will be conferencing with the Mayor of Chapel Hill regarding <br /> the moving of the Urban Service Boundary to include those sites mentioned <br /> above. <br /> 4. Funding of$1,350,000 exists in the approved CIP for land acquisition <br /> Architect Selection: <br /> I. Identify Selection Screening Committee was completed in May, 2002 <br /> Nick Didow,Bill Mullin,Pam Jones,David.Thaden, Steve Scroggs,Kathleen Weeks <br /> 2. Advertisement announcing a Request For Proposals took place on June 21,22,23 <br /> of 2002 <br /> 3. Deadline for submission of proposals for the consideration was established for <br /> July 23, 2002 <br /> 4. Eleven.proposals were received by the deadline <br /> 5. The committee met to screen proposals and selected a draft interview list that <br /> reduced the firms to five <br /> 6. Architect interviews are scheduled for September 23,2002 <br /> 7.
