3 <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board begin the process of <br /> reviewing the concept plan by: <br /> 1) receiving a brief presentation by the Conceptual Plan Committee and consultant, <br /> 2) identifying any questions about the park design to be conveyed to the Town, and <br /> 3) scheduling follow-up discussion for the October 15 meeting (or subsequent October 21 S` <br /> work session) at which time both the conceptual plan and the construction and approval <br /> process might be jointly considered. (This would allow time for a possible reply from the <br /> Town to the County's response to the July 24' proposal). <br />
