9 - <br />7•.4.10 No mobile home nor accessory,thereto, nor any <br />structure or use provided for by section 7.3 <br />stall be located nearer a lot line than is <br />permitted by Section 6.5, 6.6 and 6..7 for <br />residential districts. In case of hardship <br />appeal from the provisions of this section• <br />may be made to the Board of Adjustment. <br />7.4.11 Any expansion of mobile home parks in <br />existence on the effective date of this ordinance <br />shall comply with the provisions of Sections <br />7.3.2 through-7.3.11 of this ordinance.'* <br />7.4.12 All mobile home parks in existence on the <br />effective date of this ordinance and 'still <br />in existence three years from said effective <br />date which during said three -year period have <br />not secured a zoning permit certifying compli- <br />ance with the provisions of Section 7.4 shall <br />be in violation of this ordinance. <br />7.4.13 Plans clearly indicating-compliance with the <br />provisions of this section shall be approved <br />in writing by the Planning Board•in advance <br />of permit issuance. Such plans shall <br />specifically show the location of all existing <br />mobile homes, driveways, parking spaces, wells, <br />sewage disposal facilities, auxiliary structures, <br />oil tanks, and other information which the <br />Planning Board may require. In granting such <br />approval, the Planning Board shall have the <br />authority to impose such reasonable con - <br />ditions and safeguards as it may find <br />necessary for the protection of adjoining <br />properties and the public interest. <br />Section S. Extractive Uses <br />Extractive uses including quarrying the removal of sand, gravel, <br />minerals, clay, soil, topsoil, and similar operations for non- <br />agricultural purposes shall be permitted in residential and in- <br />dustrial districts provided that: <br />8.1 Buffer strip <br />No excavating, storage, processing, or truck loading shall <br />be conducted within 100 feet of any property line or <br />highway right -of -way line. - <br />8.2 Blasting - <br />All blasting operations shall be conducted between the <br />hours of 8 A.M. and 5 P.M. <br />
