- 8 - <br />7.4 Existing Mobile Home Parks <br />All mobile home parks in existence on the effective date <br />of this ordinance shall be permitted to continue their <br />operations beyond three years from said effective date, <br />.provided that: <br />7.4.1' The zoning lot for a mobile home park be at <br />least two acres. <br />7.4.2 No mobile home park have an overall density of <br />more than eight mobile homes per acre of land <br />exclusive of common driveways. <br />7.4.3 Each mobile home space abut a driveway within <br />the park. <br />7.4.4 Driveways be graded and surfaced with not less <br />than four inches of crushed rock or other <br />suitable material on a well compacted sub -base <br />to a continuous width of 25 feet exclusive <br />of required parking spaces. <br />7.4.5 All driveways and walkways be adequately <br />lighted for safety. <br />7.4.6 No mobile homes or other structures within a <br />mobile home park be closer together than 20 <br />feet, except that a storage or other auxiliary <br />structure for the exclusive use of a mobile <br />home may be closer to that mobile home than 20 <br />feet. Such auxiliary structures may not be <br />so located as to interfere with removal of the <br />mobile home in the event of fire or other <br />imminent disaster. <br />7.4.7 Each mobile home in a mobile home park be so <br />arranged that ::t can be readily removed for <br />safety in the event of fire or other imminent <br />disaster without first.moving any other mobile <br />homeā¢or other structure. <br />7.4.8 One off - driveway parking space surfaced with <br />not less than four inches of crushed stone or <br />other suitable material on a well compacted <br />sub -base be provided for each mobile home space. <br />7.4.9 Water and waste disposal facilities for each <br />mobile home in existence on the effective date <br />of this ordinance in a mobile home park be <br />approved in writing-by the District Health <br />Officer, with one copy of each such approval to <br />be kept on file in'the zoning Office. <br />
