•�. -s;1 <br />2 - <br />crop lands, timber lands, pasture lands, idle or other farm <br />land devoted.to agricultural use nor over any farm house, <br />barn, poultry house, or other farm buildings including <br />tenant or other houses for persons working said farm, as <br />long as such houses shall be in the same ownership as the <br />farm and 'located on the farm. Such agricultural uses main- <br />tain land open and rural and achieve the purposes of this <br />ordinance without the need for regulation. Residences for <br />non -farm use or occupancy and other non -farm uses are sub- <br />ject to the provisions of this ordinance. <br />Section S. Districts <br />The following districts are hereby created: <br />Residential District <br />The purpose of the. Residential District is to provide for <br />all types of residences and related land uses in conditions <br />of good health and safety, and with protected property <br />values. <br />Mobile Home Park District <br />The purpose of the Mobile Home Park District is to provide <br />for the special conditions associated with small commu- <br />nities of temporary and transient residences in conditions <br />of good health and safety and with minimum adverse impact <br />upon surrounding property values. <br />Rural Commercial District <br />The purpose of the Rural Commercial District is to provide <br />for small "crossroads" rural commercial establishments. <br />This ordinance recognizes that such establishments pro- <br />vide convenience shopping facilities in areas where <br />larger commercial groupings often would be inappropriate. <br />Rural Commercial Districts will consist normally of a <br />small store and /or automobile service station combined <br />with the attached or adjacent residence of the owner or <br />operator. They are essentially rural in character. <br />General Commercial District. <br />The purpose of the General Commercial District is to pro- <br />vide for general business uses adjacent to main highways <br />such as outdoor storage, commercial uses, outdoor food <br />service establishments, automobile service stations and <br />repair garages, laundries and other customary commercial <br />uses. <br />Prime Commercial District <br />The purpose of the Prime Commercial District is to aid in <br />
