.5,41 <br />MPTIM <br />ordinance shall be held to be invalid or unconstitutional <br />by any court of competent jurisdiction, such holding <br />shall not affect any other section, provision,'clause <br />or portion of this ordinance which is not of itself held <br />to be invalid or unconstitutional. <br />Section 16. Definitions <br />This section lists important words used in this ordinance and de- <br />fines them for purposes of this ordinance. <br />Words used in the present tense shall be understood to include the <br />future tense. wards used in the singular shall be understood to <br />include the plural. <br />Building. A structure having a roof supported by columns or walls <br />oar the shelter, support or enclosure of persons, animals, or <br />chattels.
