The project exceeds the NC Housing Finance Agency Energy 3 <br /> Efficiency Criteria <br /> 2. The project is accessible to needed services for the target 2 <br /> population such as healthcare, schools or public transportation <br /> 3.The project provides complete handicap accessibility and/or 3 <br /> utilizes the principles of Universal Design <br /> 4. Additional points may be awarded for meeting aspects 2 <br /> associated with functionality and maintenance. (Details must be <br /> provided b licant. <br /> Community Design <br /> Maximum Points <br /> Scoring Criteria to be Awarded <br /> 5.The project contributes to a mix of housing within an existing 2 <br /> neighborhood <br /> 6.
