Perhaps the Board and Orange County might be <br /> served well with more detailed backup to guide developers. I have <br /> attached a preliminary list for your consideration. <br /> The idea would be to have all or most of he homes built with bond <br /> money to posses a minimum of features, understanding that state or <br /> federal guidelines, standards or codes may apply to some of the <br /> housing as well. We think that basic LID features shouldn't be <br /> restricted to so called "fully accessible" homes and that most homes <br /> can achieve a UD outcome in ways that make them appealing to all <br /> buyers or residents. <br /> Dick Duncan <br /> CC: <NCProut @aol.com> <br />
