4 r <br /> 2. UNC Hospitals agrees to provide financial support for the Healthy Carolinians <br /> coordinator in an amount not to exceed$5,000,payable within thirty(30) days of UNC <br /> Hospitals' receipt of an invoice from the Orange County Health Department. <br /> 3. This Agreement shall become effective on July 1, 2002 and continue in effect through <br /> June 30, 2003. <br /> 4. This Agreement contains the entire understanding of the parties and shall not be <br /> altered, amended or modified, except by an agreement in writing, executed by the duly <br /> authorized officials of both parties. <br /> 5.
