Those topics include: <br />I. Planning <br />II. Water and Sewer <br />III. Annexation <br />IV. Financing of Utilities of areas near I-85/U570 <br />After this progress report work-session, planning staffs are prepared to present our preliminary <br />reports to respective managers and then to gaveming boards in the next few months. The purpose <br />of these cooperative planning efforts is to improve land use and transportation decisions, improve <br />intergovernmental coordination and information sharing, and be able to consistently respond to <br />inquiries far development in the area, as well as, respond to public health emergencies such as <br />failed septic systems. <br />There are six companion studies, plans and agreements that affect this area. <br />Subject Areas -Planning Studies and Reports <br />A. 1.
