Article XI, Subsection 15-176.2 (fj(5)(g) (3) is amended to read as follows: <br />3. The gross floor area in the ADD shall nat exceed 750 square feet <br />Section 24. All provisions of any town ordinance in conflict with this ordinance are repealed. <br />Section 25.
