The amount requested is based on <br /> an estimated cost of$100KIburdened person-year. A"burdened"year includes <br /> all costs of employment, e.g., salary, office space, travel, phone etc. We <br /> estimate that it will take three people up to three years to make the TPPA <br /> solvent. An increasing share of operating costs will be absorbed by the <br /> organization over the period of the grant. <br /> Deliverable: A solvent culturally and socially productive enterprise. <br />
