2 <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: Funds are available within the approved dental insurance budget for <br />fiscal year 2003-04. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board confirm continuation of <br />the County's dental insurance rates for 2004 with no increase and authorize the Personnel <br />Director to renew the County's agreement with Delta Dental as the County's dental insurance <br />plan administrator effective January 1, 2004. <br />
