Activities planned in Orange County associated with the month-long <br />recognition include a vigil on October 16th at 2:00 p.m. on the steps of the Old Courthouse in <br />Hillsborough. A listing of events occurring in the Orange County area throughout the month is <br />attached. <br />A representative of the Family Violence Prevention Center of Orange County is planning to <br />attend the meeting. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: None <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board adopt the Proclamation <br />and authorize the Chair to sign it. <br />
