<br />Section 4. The location of the precincts and polling places and the
<br />names of the registrars and judges set forth in the foregoing form of election
<br />notice are the precincts and polling.places fixed by, and the registrars and
<br />judges appointed by, the County Board of Elections of Orange County, and such
<br />precincts and polling places and such registrars and judges shall be the precincts,
<br />polling places and the-registrars and judges for said election.
