Any involvement that the firm, its employees, or its owner(s) have that may <br />constitute a conflict of interest. <br />Evaluation Criteria <br />The Working Group will select the consultant based on but not limited to <br />the following considerations: <br />Competence, including technical education and training of key personnel, <br />experience in previous undertakings of this kind of project and actual costs of <br />such previous undertakings, availability of adequate personnel and equipment, <br />familiarity with using models/modeling software, and ability to facilitate public <br />input processes; <br />Past record of professional accomplishments and list of references; <br />Past record of performance for the County and/or for other governmental <br />entities; and <br />Demonstration that there is no conflict of interests of the firm or parties involved in <br />this project. <br />Submittal Requirements: <br />Please submit 10 copies of the information described above by 4:00 p.m. <br />September 22, 2003, to: <br />David Stancil, Director <br />Orange County Environment and Resource Conservation Department <br />Post Office Box 8181 <br />Hillsborough, North Carolina 27278-8181 <br />(919) 245-2590 <br />dstancil(a~co.oran eg nc.us <br />The Working Group will hold apre-selection conference in October 2003.
