Remove the storage building to the foundation and haul off debris. <br /> 2. Repair the busted water line running to the spigot beside the back door. <br /> 3. Install a 24"x 30"access opening in the 2nd floor ceiling. Install weather- <br /> stripping around the opening and install a plywood door. Prime and paint <br /> the access door and frame with semigloss latex paint. Paint shall cover <br /> completely. <br />
