Remove the roof covering from the back section of the house. Repair the bottom <br /> section of 1x6 wood. Cover V2" CD plywood,black felt and matching 20 year shingles. <br /> Install 5V Corrugated metal on the low pitch. Install ridge cap on the hips. <br /> 21. Install a shingle type ridge ventilation system. <br /> 22. Install continuous aluminum gutters and downspouts. Install plastic <br /> splashblocks under each downspout. <br /> 23. Prepare the front door frame for paint. Remove all loose paint and prime <br /> with an oil primer. Paint the door frame with two (2)coats of white <br /> semigloss paint. Paint shall cover completely. <br />
