Install new 3 '/<inch baseboard and shoe molding. Prime and paint <br /> with semigloss latex paint.Paint to cover completely. <br /> Install a baseboard style door bumper. <br /> 8. Prepare the floor for vinyl. Install ''/<inch lauan plywood over the <br /> subfloor. Install a new vinyl floor. Vinyl to cost not less than $ 14/yd. <br /> Install metal trim at the door opening. <br />
